I'm moving out of my current apartment pretty soon and need someone to take over my half of the lease in a two bedroom apartment. I need someone ready to move in by the 19th

Located in Serra Mesa. Has a pool and on-site laundry facilities. It is on the second floor. It will not have furniture in the living room, dinning room, and the bedroom you will be renting.

Preferably a man and you gotta be LGBTQIA+ friendly.

The complex accepts pets.

Your half of rent will be $1075 + a fee to use the app to pay for the rent. Can be $3 extra dollars if you use a bank account or $41 if you use a debit/credit card. The landlord does not accept partial rent in checks.

Utilities and internet are split and you and my former roommate will have to set those up your selves because they were originally only under my name, but water and sewage is included in the rent.

You also need to have renters insurance.
