Short term room rental

The room is actually medium size. The rent includes Internet, Netflix and shared use of kitchen and living room Space there is a storage shed on the property that you may store some things if necessary. Your rent does include parking space for one vehicle.. I have two very friendly dogs and one kitty cat and two little boys nine and ten that spend three days a week with their father. I am open to a longer-term rental opportunity however it is only a one month commitment on my part initially just to prevent the wrong fit from happening. I do not mind guests as long as it is not stay over, unless discussed with me prior, but I’m totally cool with someone’s friends and family coming over for visits barbecues not a problem. I just want to avoid other people coming and spending the night frequently and to respect the fact that I have two children in the home I’m super easy-going very easy to get along with. I’m originally from Ocean Beach California so I’m very very laid-back and chill. I am a business owner and college graduate. This could potentially for the right fit, be a an opportunity for even more of a reduction in rent in exchange for household support.. You are also welcome to do laundry and utilize my laundry supplies for an additional $50 per month.. The neighborhood is chill and all of our neighbors are very neat and clean with their yards and in general are very nice and easy-going as well. This location is central to the beach the mountains with several varying Shopping and dining experiences available within a very close distance to the home. Unfortunately, because of my own pets, I cannot accept another pet however, I may consider, depending on the circumstances.
