I’m pretty easygoing, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces. I keep a fairly regular schedule during the week and as a homebody, enjoy a calm, comfortable home environment. In my free time I like creative projects, spending time outdoors, and exploring the city.

This is more of a home-style living situation than a college-style one. We take care of the house together and for example, we don’t keep separate shelves for everything in shared spaces. Of course your food is your food. If you need something around the house, there’s a good chance I probably already have it. 🙂

While a friendship with a roommate could certainly be nice, it’s not an expectation—the most important thing is having a respectful and comfortable household.

I also have a cat who, kind of acts like a dog, unfortunately does not get along with other animals, so this would need to be a no additional pets home.

About the House

The house is bright and welcoming with an open layout and lots of natural light. The living room opens to a comfortable backyard patio, and the kitchen and dining area are spacious and functional. The backyard has a covered patio with seating and a fire pit, making it a great space to relax in the evenings.

There is also a small gym set up in the garage, and the yard has ample space for gardening if that’s something you enjoy.

The available room is compact but thoughtfully arranged with a raised loft bed, storage underneath, and a small desk area by the window overlooking the garden.

Bathroom will be shared.

Household

There is currently one other roommate who is a law student, but they will be moving out in June.

This is generally a quiet, respectful household—not a party house—so it’s best suited for someone who appreciates a calm and comfortable living environment.

Guests are welcome respectfully and occasionally, but the space isn’t set up for live-in partners or partners who over-stay.

• Deposit: Last month’s rent
• Lease: Month-to-month
• Rent includes: utilities and internet (subject to reasonable increases)
• Requirements: proof of renters insurance
• No additional pets due to resident cat

This can be a great place if you’re new to San Diego and want a comfortable spot to land while getting established before deciding on longer-term housing.
