1600 + utilities included for a private room (11x13) with large closet and bathroom attached. I will be in the master with my own bathroom. Washer and drier in the apartment so the gas and electric will fluctuate.

Amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, tennis court. Parking will be on the street. Off Aero Drive, Right off the 15 near Dollar tree, Walmart and Vons. Yes a bus stop as well. NO PETS

If interested please tell me a little bit about yourself and how long you choose to stay. Must be responsible clean and respectful. I work full time and occasionally from home. May consider two to share the room and bathroom.

The spot is good for a year but not necessary with 30 days advance and deposit will be refunded.
