Located in the heart of Scripps Ranch, 15 minutes from Downtown San Diego. Minutes away from Mira Mesa Blvd shopping and restaurants. Room is approximately 11x12. LARGE closet. Washer and dryer in Condo. Community space located in both living and dining room, kitchen and family Room. All are already furnished including dishes/etc. Room to be rented/ bathroom is furnished but can be cleared if needed. *Can be decorated however!!! (*Within the guidelines.)

Month to month lease, although looking for someone to stay at least 6 months. MUST love dogs and living with dogs as we have 3 small dogs. You can have a small dog (if allowed by us, the Landlords) but NO cats/snakes/etc. A $150 non-refundable deposit will be applied if dog is approved.

You will be responsible for 33% of utilities (gas/electric/water). WIFI is $40. Trash is paid by us, the Landlords.

Neighborhood street parking available just outside of complex in safe, friendly area off Aviary Drive. Access to the (locked, gated and only available to the complex) pool is given to you year round as well.

You must be respectful to the rules set in the house (which will be on the Rental Agreement for your full understanding.).

There is a furnished guest bedroom for guests to stay (for a few nights once approved by co-owners/Landlords).

Background and credit check will apply as well as a reference request from current/previous Landlord. PLEASE DO NOT apply with less than stellar professional renters references and personal references from current/former roommates and/or neighbors. You'll be wasting your time and ours.

Deposit and first month's rent will be required upon moving in.

Landlords are 2 (married) men who co-own, and live in said property, so please not apply if you are not LGBTQ friendly.

This room would be perfect for a traveling nurse, student, or anyone looking for a short term lease. The lease is month to month.
