2 Rooms 1 Bathroom All Yours For The Price Of One!

Hello, I am a 40yr old male looking for a roommate to take the sting off inflation. The 2 rooms are for 1 adult only, a Child is OK but only 1 adult allowed. If there is a child the rent will be $1400 a month.. I have 3 bedrooms total, 2 of them are yours. It is $1250 a month for both that is a total.. utilities included mostly. No cable but yes internet... Right now i am opened to furnishing a room or not it depends on the chosen roommates needs..
This is a quiet and very nice mobile home community for all ages. There is a pool, plenty of trails to hike and close to 4 different freeways and shop the town has to offer.
I have 2 dogs, must be good to them, or just don't beat them and that's cool with me.
The kitchen and living room splits our rooms so we don't sleep on the same side of the home. There is a little backyard and big front porch with a good view. Please be respectful, responsible, and don't be a drunk or drug addict and we get along. Daytime Bbqs are good but night parties are a no for me (special occasions can be discussed). I work to early and hard to be kept up all night..
I won't lie it would be amazing if you wanted to play pickleball and or go surf with me but not a deal breaker if activities aren't your thing.
