2br 2.5ba townhome with attached garage in the gated Coronado Ranch community of San Marcos at the base of San Elijo behind SMSU. Home has an open living floor plan, private bathrooms in each bedroom, and its in great shape. Community has a great pool, gym, and bbqs. I posted this unfurnished for $1400 a month, but I can furnish the room for $1500 a month.

A little about me. I'm a 25 yr old professional male. I work in the tech industry in La Jolla. I'm an outgoing person. I like to socialize, go to concerts, sporting events, travel, and am generally open to about anything. I'm not a big partier but its nice to get together with friends from time to time.

I'm looking for another male who works a day schedule so we don't have a mismatch in sleeping patterns. A student is ok too. I'm looking for someone who's clean, respectful, and social.
