Hello Ladies, well I did it and bought a home!
My hope is to rent out my bedroom until the lease ends and will totally work with you. This is perfect as a temporary spot.
I am currently living in a 2 bedroom apartment in the Viewpoint Luxury apartments with a roommate in San Marcos right across the street from Lake San Marcos.
$1500 monthly - negotiable.
Electric and WI FI are included
Full washer and dryer in the apartment

If you do not have furniture I will leave a bed and a dresser for you
Bedrooms are not close to each other and you will have your own ensuite bathroom . I posted a video
The roommate comes with the apartment until the lease is ending September 30th. We have been roommates for 5 years and he is a really cool guy. He is rarely home except for Wednesdays and Sundays, Due to his hours he is in bed around 8.
Unfortunately he is downsizing cost and will not be moving with me to the house.
