My fiancé and I have two rooms for rent in a beautiful, spacious home in San Marcos, available starting June 1, 2026.
A little about us: we’re easygoing, outdoorsy people who enjoy a balanced lifestyle. I like to cook, yoga, and going with the flow—I'm a nanny and a full-time college student at CSUSM. My fiance is more on the crafty side, enjoy board games, being outdoors, and relaxing with a good show. He works full-time as a value stream manager.

We also share our home with two pets: Marley, our small dog, and Shameless, our pet snake.

Master bedroom: Private patio access, large walk-in closet, separate tub and shower — $2000/month (dimensions coming soon)
Second bedroom: Single room — $1150/month (dimensions coming soon)
Additional details:
Utilities split evenly The home has solar so we expect utilities to be low.
Additional occupant per room: +$150/month
Deposit: one month’s rent
Credit check, background check, and 3 references required
Spacious two car garage with extra storage and extra fridge space and an absolutely breathtaking backyard with direct access to trails
