Room available in San Marcos. House is two stories, 4br, 2ba. Room is upstairs, shared hallway bathroom. Located 3.6mi from CSUSM, 0.7 from the freeway.

Currently occupied but tenant moving into girlfriend’s house. Huge backyard (gardener included) for your dog to run around and I work from home so don’t mind letting them out during the day. House is located at the end of a quite cul-da-sac with parking in either the driveway or street.

Lease is 1 year and our renewal starts April 1st. Roommates are currently 3M, all respectful of one another.

I work from home as a consultant for an IT company. I enjoy attending music festivals, concerts and camping. One of the roommates works as a driver for a local warehouse and another is an assistant restaurant manager. Both of them are avid gamers when not working. We pretty much keep to ourselves unless we are going out to grab tacos or wings. Occasionally gather around the firepit or chill in the living room with a beer to wind down for the day and watch a movie.
