Looking for a roomate for quiet home in San Marcos

Hi everyone, I’m renting a room in my 3bed/2bath single-family-home in San Marcos area. Living in the home is me and my fur baby (50lb friendly and lazy dog)! A little bit about me.. I am a professional in my 30’s. Love spending time with my dog and friends. I enjoy hiking and traveling.

My home is located close to hiking trails and a community pool. There is plenty of street parking Washer/dryer in the garage. Nice back yard to relax, read a book, etc. 1.3 miles away from St. Augustine College 2.9 miles away from CSUSM 2.8 miles away from Kaiser San Marcos 4 miles away from Palomar Hospital 8 miles away from Oceanside Beach You’ll have your private bedroom with the hallway bath. The hallway bath is yours only. Amenities include community pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, hiking trails, very quiet neighborhood. Washer and dryer in the garage. Central AC and heating. Shared kitchen and living room spaces. No kids, no smoking, no pets, no couples, no parties.

What I’m looking for: female, student and/or professional, clean, quiet, and keeps to themselves. Rent: $1,400/m, $600 deposit Price includes utilities: water, sewage/trash, internet, and SDG&E. Month to month lease ok. Room is unfurnished. Room is available as early as April 2026.

My current roomate is wonderful but unfortunately, she will be moving out end of March. The room will be available mid April.
