Private Master, All Utilities, Pets Welcome!

Hello there!

My name is Michael and I am renting out the private Master bed and bath in my 3 bedroom home in the San Elijo Area (Border of Carlsbad/San Marcos)

You will have the private Master bed and bath, your sliding door opens to a decent sized backyard which can be totally private if you prefer. 1 Driveway parking spot. Laundry is in the garage. Overnight guests are welcome within reason.

I take care of all maintenance/landscaping/yard/trash/etc so this is a very low responsibility housing situation.

The rent is $1,650 per month with a $1200 deposit and covers all utilities including high speed internet. My only expectations are that bills are paid on time and you clean up after yourself in the common areas. If you can't get rent to me by the first or preferably a few days before that then this isn't a good fit.

Pets are welcome! I love animals and am happy to help with feeding/walking if needed.

I have a potbelly pig who sleeps in the living room and hangs out in the side yard.

There are two male roommates, both 37 and named Michael. I work at a Mechanical Engineering firm and I am out of the house by 5 most days. I have a hobby workshop in the garage that keeps me busy. Other Michael goes to school and works full time but mostly keeps to himself.

I want this to feel like your home just as much as it is mine and its important to me that I find the right fit.
