1 bedroom with private bathroom available in July

I am offering a private room in a beautiful gated community featuring two pools, two gyms, a park, dog parks, and tennis courts. Community access is conveniently managed through a mobile app. Parking is spacious; however, a parking pass must be purchased through the property.
The apartment is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit. As my current roommate is moving on, I am looking to fill her spot. The living room, kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer are shared. The unit also includes a patio with a poolside view.
You will have your own private bedroom with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom located across the hall. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, allowing for privacy and personal space.
I work 5–6 days a week and tend to keep a busy schedule. I also have a 12-year-old daughter who visits on my days off. I am generally quiet and keep to myself, but I’m friendly and open to conversation. Maintaining a clean and respectful living space is very important to me, so I’m looking for someone who cleans up after themselves.
Ideally, I’m seeking a roommate who works full-time to ensure financial stability. Pets are welcome with approval and any applicable pet fees required by the apartment complex.
