Available March 1- a beautiful, self-contained completely furnished large studio-room in San Marcos.

My home is in beautiful, peaceful Palomar Estates East, a 55+ community in central San Marcos, near the high school.

Management requires ALL residents to be at least 35 years old.

The attached studio has a private entrance, is self-contained so we both have our own privacy, to interact- or not with each other.

It is fully furnished (all you need is your toothbrush) with Organic linens, very comfortable x-long twin bed and furniture (please see pictures) medium size fridge, sorry no actual kitchen but workable kitchenette area, dishes, cutlery, cook wear, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, hot plate, rice cooker, TV-DVD and hardwired internet.

The bathroom is 98% of the time yours alone with occasional guest use. (I would let you know well ahead of time.)

Parking is available tandem, in the carport.
Included is a small storage shed 6’x4’x4

The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and safe, close to restaurants, grocery stores and bus stop.

For ONE person who works day shift.

Sorry no work from home or pets.
