*Private Kitchenette: apartment size refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster oven, kettle, plus all essential cookware and utensils.

*Conveniences: Personal air conditioning (A/C), flat-screen TV, high-speed internet, and toiletries provided.

*Bathroom: Ensuite private bathroom with direct access from your bedroom (my guest use- occasionally, with advance notification)

*Location: Safe, peaceful, and quiet residential neighborhood in San Marcos with excellent highway access for a seamless commute.

Ideal Lodger:
*Single occupancy only. No pets, no smoking, and no overnight guests. Perfect for a professional looking for a quiet place to crash during the workweek or a traveling worker on contract.

*Rental Terms:
*Rent: $1,075/month (Utilities and internet included).
Security Deposit $1,075

*Move-in Date: September 1st.

Screening: Move-in requires a clean background check, credit check, and verified proof of income.
