Rent is due first of the month. Space available starting 2/01/2026. The space includes one private bedroom and an attached full bathroom in my townhome. The room is located on the first floor away from everything else. You basically have your own floor. The room has carpet and a small closet and the bathroom has a granite countertop. Space comes with a small table and bed that are not pictured. If you don't want them, they can be removed. Renter will have full access to common spaces, stainless steel and granite kitchen, and an in-unit washer/dryer. One attached garage spot is available, if needed. Small pets are allowed. Quiet time starts around 11pm daily. No cigarette smoking in the house. Home is within walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and recreation areas. There is a gym, pool, and hot tub in the complex. No filling out an application unless we both want to proceed. There is a small fee for the background check. Deposit is $500. The complex has a pool, hot tub and a little gym.
