A cozy private room with own bathroom in a house

Hello!
I have a furnished room in nice house in San Marcos (only 1 mile away from CSUSM campus; 2.6 miles away from Palomar college). Seeking a responsible, mature, independent and tidy (no smoker) renter who will treat the space as if it were their own in my absence. I’m a retired professional single woman and very easygoing, I enjoy outdoor activities, like to travel (which can be for several months at a time), so that, sometimes you will be only one lives in this comfortable, clean, and beautiful 4 bedrooms house, it’s ideal for someone looking for a peaceful place to live and study.
What I provide:
• Furnished room
• Private bathroom
• All utilities are included as well as free Wi-Fi.
• Share kitchen, living room, family room, washer and dryer and dishwasher.
• Street parking

I do have a 15-year-old Australian Shepherd (approximately 40 lbs.). She is in good health and quite active for her age, and she travels with me when I am away. The love of animals is important; however, I’m unfortunately unable to accommodate any additional pets in the home.
