I’m looking to fill 1 bedroom in my 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhome, located near CSU San Marcos campus. My roommate is moving out November 3rd, i’m looking fill the room soon. The rent would be 1,300 including all utilities. The room has its own bathroom included and is located on the 3rd floor unfurnished. Washer and dryer in unit also located on the 3rd floor. We have a two car garage attached and additional parking provided by the property. There is also a pool and jacuzzi located in the community.

I currently live there with my boyfriend in the master bedroom upstairs, and my brother lives downstairs. We are all working full time and students. I’m working on adding more photos, feel free to message me!
