10.5’ x 8.5’ room available for rent in spacious San Marcos townhome. Central location right off the freeway close to colleges many restaurants in the surrounding area. The room available is on the same floor as the living room and kitchen and would have a mostly private bathroom. All utilities included with the exception of couples in which case an increase of $100 would be added. We do have a small dog, but no other pets will be allowed. If needed, we can make room for a small amount of storage in the garage. Parking is in the lot across the street. Closer assigned parking is available for a fee but it may not be immediate as we would have to get on the waiting list through the property management company Please contact if you have further questions regarding the space or the rest of the house happy to answer any questions you hav may have!
