Private, unfurnished bedroom available in a newer townhome located in a gated community in San Marcos. Conveniently located near Highway 78, Cal State San Marcos, Palomar College, and Costco.

The Home

* Shared bathroom with one female roommate
* Full use of the kitchen
* You are welcome to use my pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Please provide your own dishes, silverware, cups, food, spices, and other personal kitchen items.
* Designated pantry, cabinet, and refrigerator space
* In-unit washer and dryer
* Central A/C and heating
* Access to community amenities including a pool and tot lots

Parking

One shared garage parking space is available. You and one other housemate will rotate use of the garage parking space. When it’s not your turn, street parking is available outside the gated community.

Monthly Utilities (Not Included in Rent)

Monthly utilities are not included in the rent and are split equally among the three housemates:

* Trash: approximately $21/person
* Internet: approximately $23/person
* Water: typically $25–35/person (depending on usage)
* Gas & electricity: varies depending on usage

About Me

Hi! My name is Courtney, and I’m the homeowner. I’m a working professional and currently in graduate school, so I keep a busy schedule and value a quiet, respectful home. I take pride in keeping the home and shared spaces clean and am looking for a housemate who does the same. I’m looking for someone who is reliable, considerate of noise, communicates well, and helps maintain a clean living environment.

I enjoy working out, reading, arts and crafts, and going to church.

I’m also still slowly furnishing my new home, so you may notice a few finishing touches being added over time.

You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one female student who is very clean, polite, and kind.

House Rules

Move-In Requirements

* First month’s rent
* One month’s security deposit
* Pay stubs for the most recent two months
* Proof of employment
* Background check (paid by applicant)
* Two personal and/or rental references
