Looking for a renter (preferably a female student or teacher) for a fully furnished room (full or queen-sized bed, dresser, desk, etc.) with a shared bathroom or private bathroom in our beautiful 4 bedroom home. The house is in the very safe and quiet gated community of Vallecitos Ridge located 10 minutes by car from CSUSM (or 20 minutes by public transport via NCTD Sprinter light rail or 305/347 Breeze bus) and 10 minute walking distance to Palomar College. Amenities include: laundry in unit, access to the kitchen for light cooking (pots/pans, utensils, and dishware provided), and personal space in the shared pantry and refrigerator. Rates listed include utilities: gas, electric, water, internet, and garbage. Shorter term rentals (less than 6 months) are possible at a different rate. Security deposit is negotiable.

We are looking for a clean, trustworthy, respectful, and responsible individual. No drugs, pets, smoking, excessive drinking, or partying on the property. No overnight guests or male visitors.
