Middle age working couple seek friendly room mate(s) (couples welcome or single that wants both rooms). Large manufactured home in senior park setting (reason for min. age requirement) with many amenities. Indoor shared laundry, basic cable, fridge space. Good sized kitchen and large family room avail. to share. Lovely covered porch. Handicap friendly.

Parking is tandem or in a separate spot that we pay for.

We have two very friendly pups which are still in training.

We both work so are away often.

We hope for someone who is friendly and can be social at times as we are. Not adverse to a smoker though keeping to the outdoors and respectful of mess and odor is important.

We have two rooms available about 12x12 + closet space. One bath that is semi private unless there are guests over. Great for single who wants office or extra personal space or couple. Rent increase for both rooms.
