The apartment is in a small, quiet complex in a prime location, with easy access to North Park and downtown. Grocery stores, farmers markets, coffee shops, and restaurants are all nearby, and several beaches are just a 10–15 minute drive away.

I’ve had a couple of shorter-term roommates recently, so I’m hoping to find someone who wants a comfortable place to settle into longer-term.
