One Room in 2bed/1.5bath Talmadge Condo

Downstairs Living Area

One room available in a 2 bedroom / 1.5 bath Talmadge townhouse condo. The shower is shared, but we can each have our own toilet and sink. The full bath (with shower/tub) is upstairs between the two bedrooms, and the half bath (with laundry) is downstairs. Available bedroom is 11' x 11', plus a 3' x 8' mirrored closet and some built-in cabinets/shelves (behind the door).

Note: Photos come from a previous real estate listing, so furniture has changed and the room will be empty upon move-in. (That said, I have an extra desk and dresser, if you need.)

I have two small dogs (10lb & 12lb) who are both super friendly. There is one parking spot that we can share, and there is a garage, but it is used for a home gym and storage (you'd be welcome to both). Condo is a middle unit in a 6-unit complex, so left/right walls are shared, but nobody above/below, and neighbors are all respectful professionals. I don’t drink or smoke, and I’m vegetarian. I don’t mind if you drink responsibly or eat meat, but definitely no smoking/vaping. Pets considered.
