SPRING 2027 SDSU SUBLEASE — FURNISHED PRIVATE ROOM + INCLUDED PARKING

Contracted rent is $1,650/month; I am providing a $200 monthly sublease credit, so the approved subtenant pays $1,450/month. Utilities are approximately $80/month.

Available January 2027 through July 27, 2027. Flexible January move-in; full term preferred.

Fully furnished private bedroom in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house on 55th Place in the College Area—very close to SDSU campus and about a 6-minute walk from the SDSU gym (Aztec Recreation Center). The room is approximately 11'8" × 14'1" and includes the pictured furniture.

The home has central AC, Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, furnished shared living areas, a large private backyard, a shared bathroom, and one included off-street parking space.

No separate security deposit; the first month's rent is due when signing. Smoking is permitted outdoors only—no smoking inside the home.

Subleasing is permitted by the landlord. The selected tenant must complete the landlord's approval and paperwork. One to three rooms may be available for friends who want to live together.
