It sits above Communal Coffee, and with the lease, you get $15 in credits loaded on the 1st of every month. The unit has views of the San Diego bay + airport. The building is fully concrete so you won't hear neighbors, planes, etc. Other perks include in-unit bosch washer/dryer, a little desk nook that’s perfect for wfh, and the neighbors are actual gems. The community here is so warm.

I unfortunately cannot bring most of my furniture along, so i’m open to selling pieces at a huge discount! Couch, TV console, barstools, etc. We can work out what you'd want to keep around.
