I have a good-sized bedroom with a private bath and a bonus room available in a large, top-floor penthouse. It can come furnished (full bed) or not.

The building's 100+ years of history means there's lots of charm and character. The unit contains a common living room, dining room, and patio (under construction) that looks west and north. The galley kitchen sits between the dining room and to the bedroom for rent.

There's lots of light with big windows and French doors.

I've been here for 5 years and have a sweet pug/bull terrier, Benji. This place has been "in the family" for nearly 15 years and requires a mature, laid-back, and (at least) partially social person.

I like to host annual holiday and pride parties that you're invited to, and you can bring a guest or a few. I also host some rooftop gatherings, planned and unplanned. And I'm social, so I do go out occasionally.

I work from home. If you do or plan to, we'll need to discuss where you'll work in the place.

This is NOT a place for someone to drop their stuff and go, if you're a constant partier and don't know how to take care of your living space. You're expected to keep your rooms clean, participate in kitchen-related tasks (empty the dishwasher, take out trash/recycling), and treat the unit well.
