A bright, furnished 10x15 bedroom is available in my home on a quiet street in San Diego’s El Cerrito neighborhood, near SDSU and multiple freeways.

The room includes a full size bed and mattress, desk and chair, armoire, ceiling fan, private bathroom with a walk in shower, separate entrance, and private patio area. A large window overlooks the patio and backyard, providing plenty of natural light. Plenty of street parking is available nearby.

Rent is $1,275 per month, with a $1,200 security deposit. All utilities are included: electricity, heat and A/C, internet, water, and trash. You’ll have access to the kitchen, washer and dryer, backyard deck, patio, and BBQ. Living room and dining room access is not included.

I’m a woman in my 50s who works full time from home. I’m seeking a respectful working professional who works outside the home and enjoys living with two small dogs. No smoking or additional pets, please.

A background check is required. Applicants should have a gross monthly income of at least $4,200 and a stable work history. The lease term is six months to one year.
