Room for Rent – Existing Lease / Roommate Needed

I’m looking for a female roommate to move in January 1st into my 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in Bankers Hill.

**About the apartment:**
• $1,100/month
• 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom
• Apartment is currently furnished, but I’m happy to make space for your furniture as needed
• The available bedroom is unfurnished, so you’ll have a blank canvas to make it your own
• Laundry on-site . Coin-operated, quarters needed
• Great location near Downtown, Little Italy, Balboa Park, restaurants, etc.
• Gas, electric & internet are split between roommates

**A little about me:**
I work a Monday–Friday 9–5 job and work from home on Fridays. I’m active and love hiking, paddleboarding, working out, exploring San Diego, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends. I’m social but also enjoy having a comfortable, peaceful home.

**Pets 🐶🐱:**
I have a 12 year old senior Labrador dog and a cat. Cats are welcome! Dogs may be considered depending on temperament, but my dog does best being the only dog in the apartment, so a dog would need to be a very good fit.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, responsible, and considerate of shared spaces.
**Move-in: January 1, 2027**

Security deposit is **TBD based on property management requirements**.
