The room is a 10x 15 Centrally located in the heart of North Park. Cross streets would be Polk and Kansas St. To the left one block you have alllll the fast food joints. One block to the east on 30th you have VONS. One block to the right you have all the bars and dinner spots to choose from. 2 blocks to the west you have North Park Community Park.

The room is the master bedroom. It is semi furnished...as in a new single Ikea bed, a desk, an 8 slot Ikea shelf for books/belongings/shelf-dresser stuff. I can remove furniture if you have your own things. Theres a pool. Laundry in the building. Street parking isn't too bad here but if you prefer a spot of your own its another $100

Its a 1958 old Motel converted in the 70's... it was one of the bigger units. So its not a new building or set up by any means...but hella convenient in location. Reach out if you're interested. I'll start cleaning this weekend if anyone wants to take a peek.
