Hello! I am looking for a roommate to occupy the second bedroom in our new apartment. I have a co-signer that is willing to sign for the both of us if you are a responsible, respectable tenant with at least one reference from a previous landlord and a clear background check.

You would have your own bathroom, and you can decorate as you please. The room comes unfurnished, so you are welcome to bring in your own bed and whatnot. But, if you'd like, I can furnish the room for you.

I'm a professional dancer, a full-time nursing student and part-time cheer/dance coach. When my head isn't buried in my books, I'm training at the studio or cooking in the kitchen. I'm mostly a homebody, but I also love a fun night out from time to time. I love reality tv and scary movies, and I game occasionally. I'm very friendly, honest, open, and non-judgmental, and I'm excited to get to know you!
