🏡 The Home

The house is nicely furnished with beautiful decor, comfortable furniture, and appliances that we’re happy to share as long as everything is treated with respect.

Your room can be furnished or unfurnished:

* Unfurnished: $1,200/month
* Furnished: $1,300/month

You’ll have access to the shared living spaces, kitchen, bathrooms, free laundry, and yard.

The kitchen has everything you need appliance-wise, although we prefer that you have your own dishes and silverware.

✨Manifesting the right roommate to share our peaceful, cozy 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home! Ideally looking for a female in her mid-20s–40s, but I’m absolutely open to the right fit regardless of age.

I’m in my late 30s and an entrepreneur in the holistic wellness industry. My current roommate is in her mid-20s and works as a medical assistant. We both work full-time and really value having a clean, peaceful, respectful home environment to come back to.

🧼 Cleanliness is VERY important to us

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys keeping their space and shared spaces clean. We clean up after ourselves daily and expect the same from a roommate.
Things like regularly wiping down surfaces, vacuuming, keeping the bathroom clean, and staying on top of dishes are non-negotiable for us.

This will be included as a clear expectation in the roommate agreement, so if maintaining a consistently clean home isn’t your thing, this probably won’t be the right fit. ❤️

🌿 Outdoor space includes:

* Fenced-in yard
* Front deck with a daybed for relaxing
* Backyard built-in grill + bar
* Two chaise lounges for catching some sun

🧺 Laundry is free, we have our own private quality washer and dryer.

🐱 No pets, please. We already have a sweet, very vocal cat who is basically the queen of the castle. 👑

💰 Rent & Utilities

Rent: $1,300/month
Unfurnished option: $1,200/month

* $1,000 security deposit
* Deposit is returned when you move out, assuming the room/home is left in good condition
* I don’t require you to be added to the lease
* 30 days’ notice before moving out is very much appreciated
* Water + trash included
* WiFi: approximately $65/month, split 3 ways
* SDG&E: ball park $120/month going into fall, split 3 ways

🌙 Lifestyle & House Vibe

Our home is our sanctuary, and we’d love someone who feels the same way

We’re 420 friendly, one of us is an after work smoker and we only drink socially on occasion. We’re looking for someone who is responsible and has no substance-abuse issues.

Friends and small gatherings are absolutely welcome, but we’re not looking for a party house or someone who has people constantly coming and going. No big parties unless it’s talked about & agreed upon.

We both work full-time and really value having a peaceful, quiet home during the work week. If you have people by, just be mindful.
