The apartment is fully furnished and decorated. Kitchen and bathroom is fully stocked. The bedroom can be empty or furnished depending on your needs.

This apartment actually a two story duplex in a very quiet little gated village. Only 2 neighbors! And they're super nice. We have a shared patio space. Super quiet and peaceful.

There will be 1 assigned parking space that i will let you use if parking is an issue.

Located right in between Hillcrest and North Park so you get the best of both worlds. Super walkable.

Rent is only $950 but we will need to split monthly utilities for electric and WiFi which is typically an additional $80-100 depending on SDGE

My landlord requires a $1600 deposit but I am willing to cover the deposit for you, I just need someone reliable
