Hi! I am looking for 1 roommate to share a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with me in the heart of Hillcrest.

This is a very lively location across from The Hub Hillcrest Market. Restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery shopping, etc. are right out the door!

About the apartment:
- 2nd floor unit in 2-story building (stair access only, no elevator)
- Private bedroom with en suite bathroom
- Shared full kitchen and living space
- All utilities included
- Wi-fi is $35/month
- 1 gated parking spot is available 4:00PM-7:00AM Mon-Fri and all-day on weekends
- 12-month lease
- On-site laundry

About me:
- 27 year old male (he/him)
- Working professional for biotech company, in the office 9-5, 4-5 days a week.
- I'm very organized and clean routinely. I'm often out of town on weekends so the apartment is usually very quiet.

I am looking for another young professional or student who values and will help maintain a clean, organized, and peaceful space to retreat to after an honest day's work. Visitors are always welcome with notice
