Hi there! I'm looking for 2 girls to fill my 2 roommates spots when our lease ends at the end of August! I am in my early 30’s and am looking for 2 roommates in their late 20’s to early 30’s.

Move-in date -- September 1 (signing a 1 year lease)!!

Room 1: $1100 (utilities not included)

-on the smaller side but still can fit a queen bed, desk, dresser
-shared jack & jill bathroom *pink toilet and bathtub*

Room 2: $1700 (utilities not included)

-Very large; king bed fits with ample space around it
-Private full bath in the room *scalloped sink*

• 1600 sq ft
• 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms
• 2 giant living rooms
• Long driveway
• Front porch
• Garage w washer & dryer
• Backyard
• VERY walkable to Underbelly, Finca, SevenGrand, Lovesong Coffee, Etc
