Looking for a roommate for a beautiful modern 2BR / 2Ba apartment in Hillcrest, with a November 1 move-in (potentially flexible earlier). The lease would be from Nov 1 - Oct 31, potential to move in earlier.

The room is $2,050/month and comes with access to a huge shared living space and 287 sq ft private terrace with west-facing views. One of the best features of the apartment is that the large windows open completely to create an awesome indoor/outdoor living space. It also has a wrap-around balcony. We’re on the 4th floor with very friendly neighbors.

📍 Amazing location: ~5-minute walk to University Ave, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Ralphs, tons of bars/restaurants, and Balboa Park/Canyon hiking trails.

About me: I’m Michael, a 30-year-old gay man and project manager who works from home. I’m tidy, active, and social — I love cooking, board games, records, live music, beach volleyball, dance classes, the beach. I drink occasionally and do not smoke. IG: @theonlymichaelmichael
