Looking for someone to take over my lease starting October 1st. Rent is $1,691/month. Lease ends July 16, 2027.

It’s a co-ed 4x4 apartment, private bedroom/private bathroom with shared common areas. There are currently 3 roommates: 1 guy and 2 girls.

The takeover would be done officially through the apartment complex, so you would apply and get approved directly through leasing. I will cover the $500 lease takeover fee.

The apartment has:

The room will be completely available before the October 1st move-in date.
