Hello, friends! I'm looking for someone responsible and clean to move in ASAP, without animals (I have a cat).
It's a pretty spacious room with big closet. We would share a big bathroom with lots of storage space, kitchen is the same.
I'm looking for someone who has a stable job and works in-office or hybrid, someone who has a daily routine and LIKES cats. I appreciate order and easy communication. I would like to be more on a friendly side with my future roommate, where we both are working towards the comfort of living together. I value friendship, consistency and consideration. I offer safe and clean space in a great gated community with dedicated parking and swimming pool, in a great area of San Diego with a reliable person to share (me). It is very important for me to live with someone who treats the place as their home and wants to keep it clean (kitchen and bathroom should not get visibly dirty or clogged).
The cost is 1600. Month-to-month lease, but minimum stay is until the end of this year. Please reach out if you have any questions!
