Room for Rent near SDSU

Hello,

I am a tenant at 5025 Apartments. This is marketed as off campus student housing but there are also non-students living here - like myself. Right now I am the only one living in my Unit but two people will be moving in around August 20th.

There are two spaces in my Unit available right now. A private space and a semi private space. The private space is pretty big with a private bathroom. It was intended to initially be a shared soace but they have a special right now and they are renting it out as a single if someone wants for $1199 a month. There is a $20 monthly utility fee. The room is furnished.

There is also a Semi- Private space available. Its a large room with a divider and a shared bathroom in the room. It's around $979.

All roommates sign separate leases. You are essentially just renting out your room from the complex and are not responsible for anyone else's portion of the rent.

I am making this post because I am hoping to have the room filled by someone who is compatible rather than having them fill the room with someone who may not be.

My name is Anisah I am interested in rooming with someone who values a calm and peaceful living enviornment with not a lot of guest foot traffic. I like to keep things at least moderately clean although I have spaciousness for life happening as long as people are considerate about the timelines of cleaning up messes.

I appreciate considerate roommates and people who have a willingness to resolve conflict. I am a direct communicator and I appreciate direct communicators. I like to live in a thoughtful and communicative enviornment where people appreciate clarity and are respectful of eachother's needs.

Must be okay living with a queer person. This will hopefully be a pet friendly unit - so pets are welcome as long as they are well trained and can get along with other animals.

I am an artistic and sensitive person (in the best way). I like to create visual art, written, movement based, and other forms of media. If its creative I'm usually in. I like to gaze at the world - you'll often find me standing or sitting silently just taking in the atmosphere of anywhere. I can enjoy a good conversation but I don't feel obligated to speak all the time. I love to sing. I'd love to know more about you and see if it's a good fit.
