Appliances = Nice new appliances throughout kitchen (+Toaster oven, Keurig, Coffee grinder) New Washer + Dryer IN Unit.

Parking = 1 spot in secure garage. BONUS: I rarely ever park in the garage, so technically 2 spots would be available.
