Hello! My name is Joey and I have an open room at my place in Del Mar, we have a roommate moving out at the end of August and are looking for someone willing to take over his lease.

We are just three guys in our mid/late 20s looking for a 4th to complete our lease. Nik is a biomed engineer, Joey is a biologist, Eli is a chemist/scientist. We are hoping for someone around our age but are open to meeting anyone.

Rent - master = $1362.50
Location = one paseo, Del Mar
House = 4 bedroom, 3 bath
Utilities = roughly $80/month

House Features: washer+dryer, garage, backyard, pool, hottub, and HOA (no fees)
AND the downstairs and kitchen are already furnished!

HOWEVER if you like the place but the rent is too steep, Eli is willing to take the master and your rent will drop to 1262.50 but then it is a shared bathroom and shower.
