The condo is on the third floor, overlooking the community pool. There is one private, unfurnished bedroom, one private bathroom, a large attached balcony, as well as a shared living room and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully updated, and the living room is fully furnished. The condo also comes with a washer and dryer for your use. The complex is very secure with a car gate and a walk-up gate. One assigned parking space is included with the unit. The deposit includes last month's rent and a security deposit of 1,000 dollars.

I am looking for a roommate. This condo is on the third floor, with one unfurnished private bedroom, a private bathroom, a large attached balcony, and a shared living room/ kitchen area. I am looking for a female student of a similar age to me (20s), a nonsmoker, clean, and with no pets. All utilities ( water, electricity, and internet) are included in the rent.
