North Park Bedroom with Private Office

Looking for a new tenant to join my lease starting September 1st (actual move in date can be flexible)

I'm primarily looking for one tenant, but open to a couple or pair willing to share space for a different division of the rent. The rent listed does not include gas & electric or WiFi, which are billed separately.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT:

This is a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment in North Park, San Diego. It's in an extremely walkable community: the neighborhood has many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and grocery stores nearby and Balboa Park is an easy 10 minute walk away.
Situated right next to a bus stop as well.

It's on the second floor of a small complex (5 units in total, all neighbors are very quiet and respectful) and includes off-street parking and on-site laundry.
The apartment has spacious communal spaces, including a kitchen with lots of cabinet space, a small dining room, a living room, and a shared storage/workspace. See floor plan for details.

Property management will ask for proof of income amounting to 3x your share of the rent upon application.

ABOUT YOUR SPACE:

Your share will include a bedroom and attached office, for a total of 152 sqft of private space. These rooms are in the back of the apartment, quiet and away from the street. You'll have your own off-street parking space. There is not a built in closet in these rooms, but there is a wardrobe available to use.

ABOUT ME:

I'm a 28 year old man, an alum of UCSD, and a resident of San Diego for nearly 10 years. I work in the theatre industry as a designer/technician and teacher. The work I do is hybrid, alternating between working from home and working in-person.

I'm generally a pretty quiet, and easy-going person. Fairly social but with a healthy sense of personal space. I'm open to living with people of any age range or gender. LGBT friendly and looking for the same.
