Hi, I’m looking for a roommate to occupy the spare bedroom in the Duplex I’m renting.

$1200+ utilities
Duplex for rent. Month to month.

5 minutes from downtown. Less than 1 mile away from The 94 freeway, the 5, and the 805.
No onsite parking. Street parking only.
500 Deposit. (Can be made in two payments, returned if room is left is same condition.)

No pets please. Already a cat on site.

Utilities are not included.
Landlord pays for trash.
