Hi All! I have a large, private unfurnished bedroom & bathroom available to rent. It's for 1 person without pets, and who works out of the home. Being financially responsible, tidy, and respectful during quiet hours, is important, too. I worked HARD to get the apartment, and want someone who will enjoy & appreciate coming home to a peaceful environment. The entire unit was fully renovated 3 months ago. The floorpan is ideal for sharing and having privacy at the same time. The bedroom and bathroom are on one side of the unit and has a small hallway leading into them. There is a walk-in closet in the bedroom with shelves and storage space. This is a top floor corner end unit, so it's quiet, bright, with beautiful views. No smoking, drugs, or pets. I have an elderly small dog that prefers staying in my room. I work long days and value a safe, relaxing living environment when I'm home. There's a full-size washer/dryer in the unit, AC, kitchen to share, and gated, assigned, secure parking next to the elevator. Del Mar beach is 2.5 miles away, One Paseo and the Del Mar Highlands are a 3 min walk. Both the 5 and 56 FWY are less than a mile.
