Banker's Hill, SD| Female Roomate| Master Bedroom

I'm looking for a Christian female roommate to move into the master bedroom of my 2 bed / 2 bath apartment starting in September. Location is Banker's Hill; a mile from the center of Balboa Park and 1/2 mile into Little Italy - it's amazing

The room is the master bedroom in a 2 bed / 2 bath, 1,100 sq. ft. apartment with a long balcony. It has:
-Private Bathroom
-Walk-in Closet
-Large bedroom (about 12' x 18')

Rent is $1,525/month, plus about $90/month for SDGE, internet, and renters insurance (split evenly).

The bedroom will be unfurnished. The living room and kitchen will also be mostly unfurnished since my current roommate owns most of what's there. I'd love to decorate the common spaces together, or it'd be a great fit if you already have furniture you'd like to bring.

A little about me...
I'm 35 and have been on staff with a Christian ministry for over 10 years. I've lived in this apartment for the past three years and absolutely love both the apartment and the neighborhood. I have an older blind dog who is very sweet, hardly ever barks, and mostly stays in my room. (No additional pets are allowed by the property.) I'm social and enjoy having friends visit but also love quiet evenings after a full day of ministry. I'd love to live with someone who's easy to spend time with but also comfortable doing our own thing.
I'm hoping to find someone who enjoys creating a welcoming home and would be excited to occasionally host Bible studies, meals, or friends—whether that's yours or mine.

-Credit score of 680+
-Monthly income of at least 2.5x rent
