Looking For 3 Roommates!

We’re all female students searching for other female roommates to fill either a single and/or the master in our house next year. We’re hoping to find someone who’s tidy, respectful, easygoing, and friendly.

The house is a 5bd/3ba located in College View Estates, about a 10-15 minute walk from SDSU campus. The available bedrooms are the:
Bedroom 4 (12’3” x 14’5”) | Rent: $1425 + utilities
- Shared w/ double sink bathroom
- Has a built in desk

Master (13’3” x 15’4”’) | Rent: $1150/each (shared) + utilities
- Big Walk-in closet
- Own private bathroom
- Separate entrance to backyard

A little about us: We’re incoming Seniors, one is Econ, and the other is a Chemistry major. We’re fun, social, and enjoy both going out and staying in! We love having movie nights, binging series, and cooking, but we also occasionally enjoy going out to bars and going to beaches! We’re very friendly, and love to be friends with our roommates. We value communication, and are also very clean and organized; we clean up after ourselves and are mindful of other’s spaces.
