Single Room in SD

A four bed two and a half bath townhouse. Room has a sliding glass door and patio access. Has a built in closet and room is big enough to fit queen bed, a desk, and other decor. Our townhouse has a kitchen with house amenities such as a toaster oven, blender, microwave, air fryer, fridge, freezer, and oven. Plenty of kitchen storage and house storage. We have in house washer and dryer plus plenty of free street parking. Our neighborhood allows us access to a pool and tennis court. Additionally, we are within walking distance from a grocery store, Starbucks, and the trolley system. Also we have a friendly cat named Diego :)
