The home has comfortable shared spaces, including a cozy living room, formal dining area, two outdoor patios, BBQ area, stainless steel appliances, full-size washer/dryer, and extra storage. The bedroom can be unfurnished or partially furnished and includes two closets and a ceiling fan. Shared bathroom is clean and well-maintained, with a separate tub and shower.

Current household includes two laid-back adult professionals and a friendly 1-year-old Golden Retriever. We value a clean, respectful, relaxed, and welcoming home. Long-term fit preferred. Must be comfortable living with a friendly dog. Dog lovers are welcome.
