Kitchen stocked with cooking ware, a Keurig, coffee machine, a blender, and seasonings.

Home has a fenced yard and a washer and dryer.

Located centrally next to the 805, 94, and 15 highways.

Approximately 10 minutes from Gaslamp and Balboa Park.
