Hi! I'm looking for a female roommate to share a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in the South Park / Golden Hill area.
The apartment is in an amazing location, within walking distance of some of the neighborhood's best coffee shops and restaurants, as well as Golden Hill Park, which has beautiful views of the downtown skyline. It's also conveniently located near the 5, 94, and 805 freeways, making it easy to get anywhere in San Diego.
Rent, including utilities, is approximately $1,400/month. The apartment comes with an in-unit washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, and a separate storage unit. It's one of those places that strikes a great balance between location, amenities, and affordability, which can be hard to find.
A little about me: I'm a 30-year-old data scientist who works full-time. I'm friendly, considerate, and easygoing, and I do my part to keep the apartment clean and comfortable. I really enjoy having a home that feels relaxed, welcoming, and drama-free.
